When you use our service, we receive the content you submit for verification (text, links, images) and the contact identifier you send from (email address or WhatsApp number). When you visit our website, we may collect standard web server log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

We use your information solely to provide the fact-checking verdict, to detect abuse and spam, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. To deliver verdicts, we share submitted content (not your identity) with AI inference providers (Anthropic) and search providers (Brave Search), under their respective privacy policies. Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Railway) process data under data processing agreements. We may disclose data to law enforcement where required by law.
4. Data Retention
Submitted messages and verdicts are stored for up to 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted. Anonymised aggregate metadata may be retained indefinitely.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard protections including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
